If you’re looking to learn new ceramic skills one-on-one, then you may be interested in private tuition. Cost is $110 per hour for a wheel throwing or hand building lesson for up to 2 people. Just send me a quick email with your preferred time and date. Please note this opportunity is only available Mon - Fri.
PRIVATE + corporate WORKSHOPS
WHAT: Would you like to book a private studio session with a group of friends, work colleagues or perhaps for a special event? If a day of clay play in the beautiful Noosa hinterland sounds like your thing, then please get in touch. I can cater for up to 8 people for an immersive hands on experience. As a group you can select to make a small wall piece, decorative platter or slab vase. Once your day of creativity is over, I’ll fire your masterpieces. Your work will then be packaged up for your event host to collect and distribute to the group. These are not technical workshops and have been designed to bring people together in a peaceful setting, encourage creativity, laughter and enjoy delicious local produce, all while creating your own functional piece of ceramic art.

WHAT: Come spend a day with me on our little farm in Eumundi and create your own unique piece of ceramic art. You’ll make, texturise and decorate two Christmas decorations. These are hollow baubles, carved and decorated with coloured slip. Once your day of creativity is over, I’ll fire your work, then package it up for collection or shipping. Please note these are not overly technical workshops and have been designed to bring people together in a peaceful setting, for a day of creativity and fun,

Kurinuki means to ‘dig out’ in Japanese. So we start with a block of clay and end up with a lidded piece, perfect for items that don’t require air tight storage, like cotton balls, jewellery or even salt. Once your day of creativity is over, I’ll fire your work, then package it up for collection or shipping. Please note these are not overly technical workshops and have been designed to bring people together in a peaceful setting, for a day of creativity and fun,
